Only One is our second single, exploring a different type of sound to Chirality, with a more standard verse-chorus song structure, but still ebbing between rhythmic and groovy riffs and melodic, open guitar sections.

Lyrically, Only One delves into relationships and dependency. The song follows the perspective of someone who has always looked for their life's meaning in other people, and their realisation that meaningful purpose can only come from within themselves.
